If you're commissioning my work, you agreed with the below Terms of Service.
Refund requests will only be considered while your avatar is still not worked on.
Due to the digital nature of your avatar, once I've already started working on it — or you've received your file — a refund will no longer be possible.
I accept payments via PayPal.
PayPal protects both you as a buyer, and me as a seller. If you manage to force a refund on PayPal, I have the right to publish the avatar for public use — even if it's your character/fursona — report you for opening a false support ticket (which can get your account suspended), and get you exposed online to protect other creators.
Creation can take up to 2–3 weeks.
The length of the process depends on the difficulty and my current occupancy.
I do offer NSFW features; however, you may not use them in Public or Friends+ worlds. If you choose to ignore this and get banned on VRChat, that responsibility is entirely on you.
